Lemon Sauce for Fish

  •     3 tbsps. of melted butter (32 grams)
  •     2 tbsps. of lemon juice
  •     1/4 tsp. of finely grated garlic (2 grams)
  •     salt and pepper, to taste
  •     a generous drizzle of olive oil


Make the sauce by stirring together the butter, lemon juice, garlic and a bit of salt and pepper.  Let sit and allow to flavors to develop while you cook the fish.
