Chicken in Garlic Sauce
- chicken breast fillet, cut into 2cm cubes 400g

salt and pepper 鹽和胡椒粉 - olive oil 橄欖油 3 tbsp
- butter 牛油 5g (1 tsp)
- garlic, minced 大蒜,切碎 3 clove(s)
- dry white wine 幹白葡萄酒 113g (1/2 glass)
- coriander, chopped 芫荽, 切碎 30g (1/2 bunch)
- chicken broth 雞湯 250 ml

In a bowl, mix some flour with salt and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss. Make sure, the meat is well coated with the flour.
In a pan, heat the oil and the butter. Add the chicken and fry until golden and crispy all around. Stir in the garlic and the wine and cook until the wine has evaporated. Add chicken broth and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Stir in the coriander. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
