Baked Wrasse Fillets

Ingredients
- 454g wrasse fillets
- 57g melted butter
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp grated onion
- 1/4 tbsp Hungarian paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 deg F (177 deg C). Grease a baking dish large enough to hold the fillets. Arrange the fish in the dish skin side down. Mix the rest of the ingredients, spread evenly over the fish, and bake for 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
