    Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh halibut (450 g)
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. paprika
  • 2 Tbs bread crumbs
  • ground black pepper

    Directions

  • Cut the fish into 8-ounce (225 g) pieces or two pieces per pound.
  • Marinate with lemon juice in glass baking dish for 20-30 minutes.
  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle pepper, paprika and bread crumbs over all.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven, 450 deg F (232 deg C).
