Baked Halibut 比目魚
Yield: 2 servings
- 1 lb. fresh halibut (450 g)
- 1 fresh lemon
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. paprika
- 2 Tbs bread crumbs
- ground black pepper
- Cut the fish into 8-ounce (225 g) pieces or two pieces per pound.
- Marinate with lemon juice in glass baking dish for 20-30 minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle pepper, paprika and bread crumbs over all.
- Bake 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven, 450 deg F (232 deg C).
